Logroño
We develop projects at a national level. with designs, qualities, finishes and well thought out locations. so that you can find your dream home.
Its quality of life, its excellent connection with the rest of Spain, its culture and heritage (the Way of St. James runs through its streets), the vineyards that surround it, the Ebro Park, the cleanliness of its streets or the services it offers, among many other attractions.
We cannot forget that in 2010 it was named the 'best city to live in Spain' by the Merco City 2010 study, directed by the professor of the Complutense University of Madrid, Justo Villafañe. a perfect city, moreover, for studying and enjoying leisure activities.
An investment in the new-build property market in Logroño is highly profitable, given the city's growth and its many attractions. The city has been revitalised and its properties have been revalued thanks to the significant public investments made and those that are still in progress.
We can highlight data from the report on trends produced by the Valuation Society. Which states, the Riojan community is, together with Murcia, one of the regions that require the least investment effort when buying a home. It would be necessary to invest 4.9 years of full salary to purchase a home in the community, while in other parts of Spain a greater investment effort is required. In fact, the national average is 7.8 years.
A recent report by pisos.com places La Rioja as one of the five cheapest autonomous regions to buy a home, as the price per square metre is 1,258 euros per square metre in the region as a whole. Only Castilla & Leon (1,167 euros), Murcia (1,053 euros), Castilla La Mancha (837 euros) and Extremadura (808 euros) are ahead of the region.
Housing prices in Logroño have been rising gradually. In March 2022 it was at 1,580 euros per square metre, in February 2023 it was already at 1,623 euros. We are witnessing an upturn in prices that has no signs of falling. Nevertheless, it is still trading below the average for Spain and other nearby capitals.
For these reasons, it is a much cheaper city than the nearby cities of Pamplona (2,300 euros), Vitoria (2,409 euros) or Santander (2,156 euros), while the average for the rest of the country is 1,725 euros.
In short, the capital of La Rioja has become a city with very competitive prices when buying a new property in Logroño.
And if you intend to enjoy a city like this in all its splendour, you will have no difficulty in finding a home to your liking at a more than attractive price.
