Purpose: To have your CV available to participate in our personnel selection processes. To verify the references provided in your CV. To carry out the necessary tests to assess your skills for the job offered.
Legitimation: Application of pre-contractual measures.
Retention: In the event of your application being rejected, the data will be automatically deleted and will be blocked, remaining at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations, in particular the data protection authorities, for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the processing, during the period of prescription of these. Once the aforementioned period has expired, AELCA will proceed to delete your data.
PROVENANCE: Provided voluntarily by the candidate via the website and/or e-mail.
PURPOSE: To have your CV available to participate in our current and future personnel selection processes. To verify the references provided in your CV.
Legitimation: The user's consent to send us their personal information and CV for our personnel selection processes.
Retention: For 1 year for future processes. After this period, your curriculum will be deleted, keeping, where appropriate, blocked, those data that we must keep by law for the purpose of responding to possible liabilities.
