FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete foundation and structure according to current regulations.
FACADES
Facade enclosure based on brickwork covered with render and paint on the outside, internal thermal insulation, air chamber, backed with laminated plaster partitions on the inside, fixed with metal profiles. Protection of terraces with factory parapets, or railings with metal profiles and safety glass, depending on the facade design combination.
COVERS
Cubierta plana invertida no transitable con terminación en grava. Cubierta transitable acabado con gres antideslizante para exteriores.
EXTERIOR CARPENTRY
Carpintería sobre precerco metálico en huecos de fachada, con rotura de puente térmico, formando un conjunto entre carpintería y vidrio de prestaciones térmicas y acústicas, según normativa. Persianas en dormitorios, de lamas de aluminio o pvc con aislamiento térmico inyectado. Acristalamiento doble con cámara de aire formando un conjunto de altas prestaciones térmicas y acústicas.

PAVEMENTS AND COVERINGS
Ceramic stoneware flooring throughout the home with white lacquered DM skirting. Top quality ceramic tiling in bathrooms. Smooth false ceiling throughout the house. False ceiling accessible in bathroom for placement of air conditioning machinery. Indoor machine registration. Ceramic flooring and wall coverings. Mixed coating of plastic paint and countertop front according to customer customization.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HOT WATER
Individualized Aerothermal System for air conditioning and ACS. Installation for air conditioning through ducts with grilles in the living room and bedrooms, with an indoor unit.
SANITARY APPARATUS AND TAPS
White vitrified porcelain sanitary appliances. Extra flat shower in main bathroom. Thermostatic taps in the main bathroom shower and single-lever mixer in the sink. Furniture with sink in main bathroom. Mirror in bathrooms.
ELECTRICITY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Electrical installation in accordance with Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations. Telecommunications installation in the home (basic telephony and cable telecommunications) with sockets in the living room, bedrooms. Water and electricity intake on terraces with garden.
KITCHEN FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
Kitchen furnished with a compact countertop and equipped with appliances, distribution according to the type of home. Appliances: electric oven, ceramic hob, integrated hood, refrigerator and dishwasher. Stainless steel sink and single-lever faucet.
