FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE
Made of reinforced concrete with bidirectional slabs according to current regulations.
FACADES
Facade enclosure based on brickwork coated on the outside according to façade design, interior thermal insulation, air chamber, lining with laminated plaster partitions inside, fixed with metal profiles. Non-passable inverted flat roof with gravel finish. Walkable cover finished with non-slip stoneware for outdoors, according to housing typology.
EXTERIOR CARPENTRY
